Eating Chinese food must be fun. Otherwise, expats won¡¯t be so proud to show their skills of using chopsticks. But to order them is difficult. Some restaurants have English menus, but usually, those places are more expensive. We found some pictures of local dishes and we translated them. Please forgive us again as our language competence is not so high, and some food just can not be simply translated. We listed the names in pinyin, and the names in English which might not be proper and the ingredients. We listed the flavor as sweet, salty, sour, or spicy to give you guys some basic ideas of how the food tastes briefly as some of you might not like spicy food. This time we just get the local Hangzhou dishes for you. The name might not be the same as some restaurants, but as long as you have the picture, I guess it will be fine. After we translate all the Hangzhou dishes, we will make it to be a PDF file for you to download and print. Let us know what you think of it!
